Overview

*General Terms & Conditions :*

  • Standard check-in time at the hotel is normally 2:00 pm and check-out is 11:00 am. An early check-in, or a late check-out is solely based on the discretion of the hotel. Check in and Check out timing can be differ according to Hotel Check in Policy.
  • A maximum of 3 adults are allowed in one room. The third occupant shall be provided a mattress/rollaway bed.
  • Transportation shall be provided as per the itinerary and will not be at disposal.
  • Also, for any activity which is complimentary and not charged to Skywing & guest, no refund will be processed.
  • AC will not be functional anywhere in cool or hilly areas like Munnar,Thekkady,Vagamon, Wayanad in Hilly areas if required then ask the representative to include ac rooms and mention into the package prior booking the package.
  • AC will be functional in Deluxe Houseboat from 09:00 Pm to 06:00 Am during the stay only and Full time AC will be  functional into Premium Houseboat.
  • If a guest is staying on a houseboat, the sightseeing will not be conducted.
  • Hotels / room can be changed without prior notice, if same hotel / room are not available and difference amount need to bear by traveler.
  • In case of unavailability in the listed hotels, arrangement for an alternate accommodation will be made in a hotel of similar standard and if any cost difference will be their then it will be born by the Traveller. For secure booking process please ask your Trip advisor to duly cross check the Hotel Room's availability.
  • In case your package needs to be cancelled due to any natural calamity, weather conditions etc. Skywing  shall strive to give you the maximum possible refund subject to the agreement made with our trade partners/vendors.
  • Skywing reserves the right to modify the itinerary at any point, due to reasons including but not limited to: Force Majeure events, strikes, fairs, festivals, weather conditions, traffic problems, overbooking of hotels / flights, cancellation / re-routing of flights, closure of /entry restrictions at a place of visit, act of God etc. While we will do our best to make suitable alternate arrangements, we would not be held liable for any refunds/compensation claims arising out of this.
  • After check into the hotel if any Guest wants to check out on the same day then no refund will be given.
  • The package price doesn't include special dinner or mandatory charges at time levied by the hotels especially during New Year and Christmas or any special occasions. Skywing shall try to communicate the same while booking the package. However Skywing may not have this information readily available all the time.
  • Houseboat Boarding Point can be different and can be given in Alleppey / Kumarakom.
  • Disputes, if any, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi.
  • Apart from mentioned installments in the Invoice if any hotels will ask for the advance amount then that will be payable by the traveler and the same will be updated accordingly.
  • No refunds are applicable if services are affected by "acts of God," pandemic, or government restrictions.

*Hotel Terms*

  • Most hotels in Wayanad, Munnar, Thekkady, Vagamon or any hilly places offer only Non AC rooms. Please double check the room category in case you are looking for AC rooms then ask to your Trip coordinator to add ac rooms in your package prior to the bookings.
  • In case you are opting for houseboat, please note AC would run only between 9 pm to 6 am in the morning in Deluxe Houseboat whether it's functional Full Time in Premium Houseboats so if you require full time ac Premium then ask your trip coordinator to add the same prior to the booking.
  • In Hilly Areas often Hotels are located away from the city, if required into the city then consult the same prior to the bookings.
  • There will be no refund for unused nights or early check-out (In case of Medical condition it completely depends on hotel policy).
  • Check-in and check-out times at hotels would be as per hotel policies. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may be chargeable by the hotel.
  • The price does not include expenses of personal nature, such as laundry, telephone calls, room service, alcoholic beverages, mini bar charges, tips, portage, camera fees etc.

*Tours and Transfers Terms :*

  • We inspect and provide best AC Vehicles as per the seat occupancy, In case of Vehicle upgradation due to extra laguage / comforts / persons we will check the availability of vehicles and try to provide at an additional cost.
  • Please note vehicle is available for use between 7 am to 7 pm or as suggested by our trip coordinator which covers the sightseeing and journey time. 
  • An additional cost will be applicable in case of vehicle is required apart from the Itinerary and places mentioned into the itinerary.

*Our Scope of Services*

  • We are holiday organizers only. We inspect and select the services to be provided to you. However, we do not own, operate or control any airline, shipping company, coach or coach company, hotel, transport, restaurant, kitchen caravan or any other facility or provider etc. that is engaged to provide you services during the course of your tour. Therefore, please carefully note that:
  • You will need to adhere to the conditions, rules and regulations of each service provider. For instance, you will need to check the baggage rules of the airline, you will need to check the hotel rules to check what the mealtimes are, at which you should make yourself available. The company is not responsible / liable for the consequences if you breach such rules and regulations.
  • If you cause any injury or damage affecting the service provider, then you may be liable to the service provider and if the service provider recovers any monies from us for such injury or damages, we shall separately charge you for the same.
  • We cannot be held responsible / liable for any delay, deficiency, injury, death, loss or damage etc. occasioned due to act or default of such service providers, their employees or agents.

*Amendment of Booking by Guest*

  • If you wish to amend or change your booking, you have to communicate your request to us in writing to info@skywingtravels.com. Such requests for change or amendment will be accepted subject to availability. Please note that the amended or changed booking will be regarded as a new booking. In case the amendment is carried out within the cancellation period, then a cancellation charge shall apply as if a cancellation was made on the date the request for amendment or change is made. Please note the cancellation charges will be as per the airline and hotel policies.
  • This is to inform you that after reviewing everything you booked the package and accepted our Terms & Conditions.

Airlines :

  • If your flights involve a combination of different airlines, you may have to collect your luggage on arrival at the connecting hub and register it again while checking in for the onward journey to your destination.
  • Airline seats and hotel rooms are subject to availability at the time of booking.
  • If any delay in Flight / cancel/ missed out then Skywing Travels will be not responsible.
  • Flight cancellation will be as per the booking portal & Airlines cancellation policy.
  • In case of Flight booking the Web check in along with seat selection, seat charges is payable by traveler.
  • In case a flight gets cancelled, we will not be liable to provide any alternate flights within the same cost, any additional cost incurred for the same shall be borne by the traveler.

*Cancellation Policy :*

  • If cancellations are made Prior 30 days of the trip start date, 30% of Total Package Booking Value will be  charged as cancellation fees. 
  • If cancellations are made Between 15-30 days prior to the start date of the trip, 50% of Total Package Booking Value will be  charged as cancellation fees. 
  • If cancellations are made within 0-15 days prior to the start date of the trip, 100% of Total Package Booking Value will be charged as cancellation fees. 
  • In case of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions, act of God certain activities may be  cancelled and in such cases , we will try our best to provide an alternate feasible activity. However  no refund will be provided for the same.
  • Covenience Fee Rs.3000 Non - Refundable and Token amount is non-refundable however you can reschedule or postpone the trip and in your future booking the same will be adjust.

*Refund / Reschedule Policy :* 

  • All Refunds / Reschedule will be done as per our cancellation Policy.
